Regarding quality, here’s how we tackle the issue with a quick look into our manufacturing process: 1) Materials: a. Wood – Dry kiln solid wood cured at 14º Celsius to prevent warping and dried for several days at 95º Celsius to eliminate moisture. Other manufacturers allow up to 20-25% moisture, our standard is no more than 15%. b. Foam/Sponge – several layers of high quality polyurethane foam used in most applications and materials we use are about 80% more expensive than other manufacturers. As long as the quality is there, it’s definitely worth it. c. Leather – First class, genuine double dye, never split and we use 20% more leather per item than other manufacturers. This makes it feel and look much better than the other guys. 2) Colors: a. 200+ Leather options b. 1000+ Fabric/Microfiber options 3) Packing – Multilayer Packing System: a. Plastic b. Foam c. Double Cartons d. Crates We’re also GREEN and concerned with the environmental impact of our manufacturing process. Therefore, we recycle all scrap materials for reuse in other applications. Scrap wood is used to fire up our kilns and any scrap foam used for packing material. Shipping times are also an issue as you make your decision. We’ve carefully positioned our warehouses at key positions geographically to ensure you get your items faster. We have warehouses in Oakland, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Bensenville IL, and Miami.
